Becki Lynn Mullins Brown, 57 of Webb City, went to her heavenly home on Wednesday, August 24, 2016 at 1:05 p.m. at Freeman Hospital, surrounded by her family.
Becki was born March 19, 1959 in Webb City to Jerry Mayes and Norma Dunlap Mayes. She was a graduate of Webb City High School with the class of 1977. Becki worked for Bruner Drug in Webb City and later for H&R Block as a tax preparer. Becki was also an avid pool player, beating many of the top players in her league. When health allowed, Becki attended both Grace Pointe Church in Carthage and Servants Church in Webb City.
On January 31, 2008, Becki married Steve "Brownie" Brown in Webb City. He survives of the home. Additional survivors include her mother, Norma Mayes of Webb City; son, Shane Mullins and daughter, Alexi Brown, both of Webb City; many extended family and friends that will greatly miss Becki.
Becki is preceded in death by her father, Jerry Mayes, grandparents and her first husband, John Mullins.
A Celebration of Life has been planned for Monday, August 29 at 11:00 a.m. at Grace Pointe Assembly of God Church in Carthage with visitation starting at 10:00 a.m. up to service time.
Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Parker Mortuary, Joplin, Missouri.
