Doris J. Lawson age 82 of Webb City passed away on Thursday, August 11, 2016 at her residence.
She was born on January 7, 1934 to Clarence Proffit and Rachel (Humbard) Proffit. Doris was of the Pentecostal faith and a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Frank Lawson; a brother, Lewis Proffit; and 3 grandchildren.
Doris is survived by her children, Rusty Lawson, Trudy Maggard, Judy Barry, Ronnie Lawson, Darrell Lawson, Kay Tilton, Tracy Boyd, and Donna James; 25 grandchildren; 36 great grandchildren; 1 great grandchild; a sister, Joyce Camis; and brothers, Ray Gordon and Oscar Gordon.
She has been taken for cremation and there will be no services at this time. Floral deliveries may be made to her home address at 610 N. Oronogo Street, Webb City, MO 64870.
