LaVern Walter Fedie, 91, Granby, died Aug. 30, 2016 in Neosho, following a recent illness.
LaVern was born Aug. 31, 1924 in Eau Galle, WI. LaVern served in the U.S. Navy and retired from Rocketdyne as a supervisor and then was a residential contractor.
LaVern and Kathryn Delano were married on June 8, 1948 in Garden City, Kansas and she survives. Additional survivors include six children, Cheryl Ford of Neosho; Karen Gibson and husband, Jack of Neosho; Marla Anderson and husband, Art of Joplin; Richard Fedie and wife, Joetta of Brooksville, FL; Susan Lesh and husband, Perry of Berne, IN and Joyce Kramer and husband, James of Parsons, KS; seventeen grandchildren and twenty nine great grandchildren.
Services are under the direction of Clark Funeral Home, Granby, MO.
