Kathleen ‘Happy’ Sharon Berry, 72, Neosho, died August 2, 2016 at Medicalodge in Neosho, following an extended illness.
She was born November 9, 1943 in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, the daughter of Armel and Helen (Wood) Cates. Kathleen had worked as a CNA for Sale Memorial and Freeman Neosho Hospital. She enjoyed cooking and reading and was a member of the Silver Moon Full Gospel Church.
Kathleen married Carl Berry on June 28, 1980 in Diamond and he survives. Additional survivors include her brother, Armel Cates of Oregon; sister, Cecilia Magoffen of Butler and several nieces and nephews. Kathleen is preceded in death by her parents.
