Charles M. Swafford, 53, Carthage, MO passed away, Wednesday morning, August 24, 2016 at his home. Charles Marvin Swafford was born July 13, 1963 in Carthage, MO to Charles Alvin Swafford and Betty Lou (Lasiter) Swafford. He was a graduate of Carthage Senior High School, Class of 1982. Charles married Lori Ann Huddleston on July 29, 1989 in Carthage, she survives. He most recently worked as a CNA for Carthage Health and Rehab. Charles was a member of the Grand Ave Church of God, Carthage.
Survivors include his wife; Lori Swafford, Carthage, three sons; Jonathan Fierro, Carthage, Ryan (wife MaRissa), Carthage, Logan Swafford, Carthage, three sisters; Judy (husband Martin) Bland, Jasper County, MO, Janel (husband Mike) Gunn, Carterville, MO, Janese Johnson, Carthage, and three grandchildren; Zoey Fierro, Seth Swafford, and Mollie Swafford.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
