Bill Schleppy, 86, Diamond, MO passed away Aug. 2, 2018 at St. Luke’s Nursing Center in Carthage, MO.
He was born Nov. 4, 1931 in Joplin, MO to Elmer and Anna (Musser) Schleppy. He was a lifelong Diamond resident and a past rural mail carrier for the US Postal Service.
Bill was a member of the Diamond First Christian Church.
He and Patsy were married April 29, 1960 in Diamond; she preceded him in death on April 25, 2006. Bill is survived by his daughter, Julie Connell and husband, Dennis of Carthage, MO and his granddaughter Candace Stebbins and fiancé, Aaron.
The family will have a visitation from 2 – 3 pm, Sunday, Aug. 5 at Clark Funeral Home, Neosho, MO.
Graveside services will be held at 2 pm, Monday, Aug. 6 at Diamond Cemetery, Diamond, MO; Rev. John McClendon will officiate.
