Claire Mary Patterson, age 92 of Neosho, Missouri passed away Friday, January 9, 2015 at Mercy Hospital in Joplin.
Claire was born June 4, 1922 to the late Isabell Hoy Brisbois and James Brisbois in Holyoke, Massachusetts. Claire worked as school cook in Denver, Colorado prior to retiring, and then becoming a full time grandma and great-grandma. She was of the Catholic faith.
Claire married James Donald Patterson Jr. and together they shared over 65 years together. He preceded her in death on August 25, 2001. She is also preceded in death by three brothers and three sisters.
Survivors include four daughters, Dolores Hunt and husband Douglas of Broomfield, Colorado, Annette Hansen and husband William of Cheyenne, Wyoming, Jill Harms and husband Mike of Neosho, MO, Sheri Cline and husband Timothy of Pine Bluffs, Wyoming; sisters, Lillian Demers of Westminster, Colorado and Barbara Diel of Eads, Colorado; 10 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren.
A memorial visitation will be Monday, January 12, 2015 from 6-7:00 p.m. at Parker Mortuary.
Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Parker Mortuary, Joplin, Missouri.
