Edwina Abramovitz

EdWina Abramovitz, 82, Lees Summit, MO, formerly of Neosho, died January 25, 2015 in Lees Summit, following an extended illness.

 EdWina was born October 23, 1932 in Fayetteville, Arkansas, the daughter of F. G. and Corene (Curry) McCoy. She was a lifelong resident of Neosho and had worked with her husband, Joe at Joe’s Service Station for 29 years and then owned and operated Toni’s Dress Shop from 1977 until 2000. She loved to play bridge and loved her cat, Frickie, whom she had for 21 years. She was a member of St. Canera Catholic Church.

 EdWina and Joe Abramovitz were married on October 21, 1953 in Neosho and he preceded her in death on January 24, 2011. She is survived by her daughter, Toni Kim Abramovitz of Lees Summit; a special friend, Kimble Anders of Galveston, TX and numerous friends.
