Gary C. McCulloch, 78 passed away November 17, 2019 at his home in Carthage. Gary was born October 1, 1941 to Fred C. McCulloch and Edna E. (Davis) McCulloch.
He was born and raised in Golden City, MO and lived in Kansas City for 8 years returning in September 1971 to the Carthage area. He worked for Schreiber foods for 31 years, worked at Sight and Sound in Branson for 5 years, Lowes in Carthage for 2 years, and he had a Real Estate license for 50 years. He was a Mason of Carthage Lodge # 197 AF&AM.
Gary was united in marriage to Floyetta De Shong April 5, 1963 at the Christian Church in Golden City. They were married for 56 years, she survives.
Gary is survived by one son Darran McCulloch (Tammy); two daughters Peggy Wilkerson and Caroletta Mcculloch-Baker (Dennis); twelve grandchildren,12 great grandchildren and 5 great great grandchildren; two sisters Lavona June Earp and Brenda Rae.
Gary is preceded in death by his parents, one son Chris Wilkerson December 31, 1982, one sister Betty Raye and one grandson Ray McDonald.
Services will be held 2:00 p.m. Wednesday November 20, 2019 at Ulmer Funeral Home. Visitation will be held 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Tuesday November 19, 2019 at Ulmer Funeral Home. Burial will be at Park Cemetery. Memorial contributions can be made to Shriners Hospital Local Travel Fund in care of Ulmer Funeral Home. Online condolences can be made at www.ulmerfh.com.
