Joseph Samuel Sloniker age 63 of Oronogo, Missouri passed away on Sunday, November 24, 2019 at Freeman West Hospital. He was born in Carthage, Missouri on April 19, 1956 to Joseph Andrew Sloniker and Beverly Sue (Rush) Sloniker.
Samuel was a grocery store manager for years and a member of the St. Ann’s Catholic Church in Carthage. Samuel was a United States Army Veteran.
He married Linda (Pliler) Sloniker on October 14, 1995 in Carthage and she survives at home.
Samuel is also survived by his sons, Samuel Clayton Sloniker of Oronogo, Bradley Adam Sloniker of Webb City; daughters, Amberly Story of Jasper, Jessica Ivy Sloniker of Carterville, Christina Marie Hull of Reeds; sisters, Florence, Beverly, Phyllis, Eleanore, Sara; brothers, Lewis, Stephen, Philip; numerous grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
He was preceded in death by one brother, Walter.
Samuel has been taken for cremation and the family will have a memorial service on Saturday, November 30, 2019 at 2:00 PM at St. Ann’s Catholic Church in Carthage, Missouri.
