(From Clark Funeral Home)William ‘Bill’ A. Brady was born November 5, 1940 in Pontiac, Michigan. He entered into rest on August 11, 2021 in Joplin, following five months of failing health at the age of 80.
Bill graduated from Jasper, Arkansas High School and served in the U.S. Navy. He was the quality control manager for Midway Machine before retiring. Bill could fix anything, he enjoyed playing golf, fishing and being home and taking care of his kitties.
Bill and Evelyn F. (Johnson) were married on Sept. 10, 1971 in Miami, Oklahoma and she survives. In addition to his wife of 49 years, Bill is survived by a daughter, Tracy McLean of Joplin; two grandchildren, Stefan Saunders and Ashton McClean; one brother, Jim Brady of Austin, Texas and one sister, Jeannie England of Springfield, Missouri.
The family wishes to express their appreciation to Joplin Health and Rehab for the care and compassion given to Bill during his illness.
