(From Paul Thomas Funeral Home)Rita Rene Purdy of Miami passed from this life Friday, October 1, 2021 at the Circle of Life Hospice in Bentonville, Ar. She was 65.
Rene was born May 16, 1956 in Atlanta Georgia. She served 8 years in the Army before moving to Miami. Rene received the Overseas Ribbon, Good Conduct Medal, and Marksmanship Badge Rene was a Walmart employee for 20 years. She had a Big heart and a passion for animals.
Survivors include her son Corey Purdy of Miami, and 2 daughters Cassandra Black of St. Roberts, Mo, Caylin Purdy of Joplin, Mo. 5 grandchildren, Zane Black, Zayden Black, Alyssa Purdy, Avery Purdy, and Ariella Purdy.
