(From Derfelt Funeral Home)Chad David Clark, age 53, Commerce, OK. Passed away Thursday, October 28, 2021 at Mercy Hospital, Joplin, MO.
He was born on April 27, 1968 in Joplin, MO to Ronald Clark and Vicki McGeary.
Chad retired from Masonite Door Manufacturing in Pittsburg. He enjoyed working on and riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle.
He married Tammy Cunningham on July 21, 2001 in Joplin. She survives of the home.
In addition to his wife and parents, he is survived by two sons, Nathan Clark and Corey Clark; four daughters, Chaley Dennis and husband, Thomas, Lanette Tracy, Jeannie Molina and Nikki Clark; sixteen grandchildren; one great grandchild; stepbrothers, Jimmy and Blake Wooten; one step sister, Brandy Wooten.
Chad was proceeded in death by one brother, Robert Clark.
A memorial visitation will be Tuesday, November 2, 2021 from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. in the Derfelt’s Baxter Chapel Funeral Home.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Derfelt Funeral Home Baxter Chapel.
