(From Parker Mortuary)Randy Jay Bilyeu, age 68, of Bixby, Oklahoma, passed away on Friday, October 15, 2021 at Saint Francis Hospital in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Randy was born July 1, 1953 in Springfield, MO to the late union of John and Patsy (Lea) Bilyeu.
Randy worked as a land surveyor for a number of years for his own company that he operated. Later on, he worked for the city of Joplin as a land surveyor.
He married Leslie Sue (Foreman) Bilyeu on February 14, 1998 in Branson, Missouri. Together they shared 23 beloved years before his passing.
Randy is lovingly survived by his wife, Leslie; and stepson Gerad Millhollon.
Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Parker Mortuary
