Raelynn Grant

Raelynn "Rae Rae" Nicole Grant, age 4, of Irving, TX, formerly of Webb City, flew to the arms of Jesus on Sunday, October 24, 2021 at Henryetta Hillcrest Hospital in Henryetta, OK.

Raelynn, cherished daughter of Hailey Grant and Randall Gonzales, was born on June 14, 2017 in Joplin. She was a fierce, full of life, smart, funny, joyful little girl that could fill a room with smiles with her presence. 

During her short time here on earth, she taught those around her how to love, respect and get along with others. She loved to sing and dance to her favorite music and wear her favorite color pink with accents of sparkles. She loved her cat “cheetah” and fishing with her family. Her contagious laugh will be missed by all who knew her.

Survivors include her parents, Hailey Grant, and Randall Gonzales, and his family, Jessica Marquez and Raelynn’s little sister, Gabriella Gonzales; grandparents, Penny Grant, and Robert Morgan; Aunt, Terrie Day; and numerous family members from the Day, Peasley, Lopez, Gonzales-Garcia, and Monterroso families that will miss her greatly. Raelynn was preceded in death by Galen Grant, Natosha Dates, and Hauston Matthews.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, October 29, 2021 at 2:00 PM at Parker Mortuary in Joplin with burial to follow at Mt. Hope Cemetery in Webb City. 

Memorial contributions may be made out to Benefit for Raelynn Grant, and may be entrusted to the mortuary or contributions can be made at any of the Southwest Missouri Bank locations.
