(From Clark Funeral Home)Nicholas “Nick” Ryan Wimsatt, age 38, of Stark City, Missouri, passed away at 12:39 p.m. on Friday, April 1, 2022, at his home. He was born January 24, 1984, in Mt. Vernon, Missouri, the son of Latricia (Eramo) and Timothy E. Wimsatt.
Nick was a 2002 graduate of East Newton High School and lived in the area his entire life. He loved a good movie, watching sports, especially football, collecting sports memorabilia, and getting together with friends. Nick previously worked for the Flying J Truckstop.
He is survived by his daughter, Maddalyn Jean Olbrey; his mother, Trish Olinghouse and her husband, Dean; his father, Tim Wimsatt, all of Neosho; two brothers, Joe Wimsatt of Neosho and Kyle Wimsatt of Stark City; maternal grandparents, Burt and Patricia Anderson of Donna, Texas; three stepbrothers, Jason Olinghouse and his wife, Samantha of Jay, Oklahoma, Joshua Olinghouse and his wife, Tricia, and Joseph Olinghouse and his wife, Sarah all of Colcord, Oklahoma; one stepsister, Jennifer Lovejoy and her husband, Darrell of Sallisaw, Oklahoma; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
His infant twin brother, Nathaniel, and maternal grandfather, Nicholas Orland Eramo, preceded him in death.
