Yeng Xiong

Yeng Xiong, age 58, of Stark City, Missouri passed away Friday, April 1, 2022 at SSM Health Saint Louis University Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri.

He was born August 16, 1963 in Xiangkhouang, Laos the son of Youama Xiong and Youa Moua. 

On September 4, 1986 in Boulder, Colorado he was united in marriage to Chao Khang, who survives. 








Also surviving are two sons, Michael Xiong and Charles Xiong and his wife Samantha of Seligman, Missouri; two daughters, Wendy Walker of Monett, Missouri and Linda Easley and her husband Michael of Stark City, Missouri; three brothers, Toua Moua Xiong and his wife Neng Moua of Longview, Missouri, Koua Xiong and his wife Paj Nyiag Yang of Broomfield, Colorado and Andrew Xiong and his wife Sarah of Oklahoma; one sister, Mai Lee Vang of Arkansas and seven grandchildren.

Preceding him in death were his parents and four brothers, Koujay, Chongpao, Blong and Houa.

Yeng owned and operated chicken houses for several years. He loved fishing and boating and was a member of Hmong Alliance Church in Neosho.

Services will be held from 8:00 A.M. Sunday, May 1, 2022 until 11:00 A.M. Monday, May 2, 2022 at McQueen Funeral Home in Wheaton, Missouri. Burial will be at 12:00 P.M. Monday at Lake Park Memorial Gardens in Shell Knob.
