Bonnie McCool

Mrs. Bonnie Pearl McCool, 93 of Anderson, Missouri departed this life on Saturday, April 9, 2022 at her home.

Bonnie was born September 22,1928 in Bella Vista, AR to the late Elzie and Sarah Margaret (McCool) Waggoner. Bonnie moved to Idaho for second grade and grew up there. 

She was united in marriage to Elmer Eugene Attlesey on October 20,1945 and to this union 4 children were born, he passed on October 20, 2000. 








 In 1972 she married Denton McCool and become the step-mother of six more children, Bonnie and Denton spent 30 years mostly in Spokane, WA, he passed on July 29, 2002. Bonnie worked as a homemaker and enjoyed taking care of her family, she also enjoyed cooking, gardening, going to church, canning, sewing and especially quilting.

Bonnie was preceded in death by her two husbands, and six brothers and five stepchildren.

Bonnie is survived by four children; Carol Black of Pineville, MO, David Attlesey and wife Patricia of Anderson, Kathy Greenlaw and husband Don of Belfair Washington and Margaret Olson of Rupert, Idaho, a step son; Steve McCool and wife Kim of Seattle, WA, 15 grandchildren and 34 great grandchildren and thirteen great-great grandchildren, two brothers; Carl Waggoner of Richland WA and Leslie Waggoner of Spokane, WA as well as a host of other family and friends.

Funeral services for Mrs. Bonnie Pearl McCool will be held 11:00 a.m. Friday at the Ozark Funeral Home in Anderson, MO with Pastor Mark Sumler officiating. Burial will follow in the Tracy Cemetery East of Anderson. 

Those honoring her life by serving as pallbearers are; Justin Black, David Attlesey, Jr., Daniel Anderson, Bill Greenlaw, Robert Greenlaw, Lawrence Greenlaw, Carl Olson. Honorary pallbearers will be; Seth Cummings, Jeff Attlesey, Bruce Wilkerson and Don Beecher. The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until service time on Friday.
