Jack Camper

Jackie Dale Camper, age 66, passed away at 12:20 am, Monday, April 4, 2022 at Oswego Health and Rehab following an illness.

Jack was born December 20, 1955 in Chetopa, KS. His parents were Glenn F. and Mildred Edith (Baker) Camper. H had lived in McCune the past 7 years, moving from Chetopa where he had lived most of his life.








He graduated from Chetopa High School in 1973. He worked several years as a sheet metal fabricator building camper shells. He was a member of the West Mineral Eagles Club where he enjoyed playing pool.

Surviving is one son, Jackie D Camper Jr, Joplin, MO; two daughters, Crystal Walker, Ft Scott, KS and Leigh Ann Camper, Topeka, KS; three brothers, Danny Camper, St Johns, WA, Butch Camper, Oswego, and Joe Camper, Chetopa; five sisters, Maxine Hulett, Yakama, WA, Phyllis Olsen, Liberty, KS, Linda Gange, Oswego, Mary Burrows, Chetopa, and Lillie Hurley, Oswego; and 9 grandchildren.

He was entrusted to Derfelt Funeral Home, Oswego, KS for cremation. No services are planned.
