Colton Dwight Jackson, newborn son of Stephanie Jackson of Jasper and Bill Oxford of Neosho, was born at 12:58 a.m. Friday morning, December 23, 2016. He passed into the arms of Jesus three hours and six minutes later at 4:04 a.m., welcomed in heaven by his maternal grandfather, Dwight Jackson; uncle, Greg Jackson; and maternal great-grandparents, Doyt and Blondie Jackson and Paul Baird.
In addition to his parents, Colton’s family includes grandparents, Tom and Tammy Noland, Parsons, Kansas; great-grandmother, Lois Baird, Jasper; two uncles, Garret Noland and Haley, Vinita, Oklahoma and Fisher Noland, Chanute, Kansas; three great-uncles, Mark Baird, Jasper, Mike Jackson and Rick (Cindy) Jackson, all of Holdrege, Nebraska; a great-aunt, Paula Colley, Miller; a large and loving extended family and many dear friends.
A graveside funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Monday, December 26th at Waters Cemetery northwest of Jasper.
