Phillip D. Williams was born December 31, 1944 in Ft. Scott, Kansas, the son of Lee Roy and Ruth Williams. He entered into rest on December 24, 2016 in Granby, Missouri at the age of 71.
Phillip served in the U.S. Navy and had worked for a window manufacturer.
He is survived by three children, Phillip E. Williams of Diamond, Missouri; Avery Williams of Boston, Kentucky and Virginia Williams of Kentucky.
Phillip has been taken for cremation and no services are planned at this time.
