Susan Diahn Shriver age 49 of Webb City passed away on Wednesday, December 07, 2016 at her residence. 

She was born in Manhattan, Kansas on April 5, 1967 to Donald T. Franklin and Dorothy (Boardman) Franklin. Susan graduated from Arkansas City High School in 1985, and Missouri Southern University in 2008 with a bachelor's degree. She was an early childhood teacher at the Heritage Youth Center in Webb City, and a faithful member of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Webb City. 

Susan married Jeff Shriver on September 10, 1988 in Arkansas City, Kansas and he survives her at home. She is also survived by her sons, Jeffery Don Shriver of Tokyo, Japan, Jack Shriver of Webb City; brother, Jeff Franklin of Riverside, California; along with numerous other family members and friends. 

A Rosary service will be held on Friday, December 9, 2016 at 6:00 PM at Simpson Funeral Home in Webb City with visitation to follow until 7:00 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday at 10:00 AM at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Webb City with Father Rahab Isidor officiating. A committal service will be held at Hope Cemetery in Arkansas City, Kansas at 4:00 PM on Saturday. Susan is now with her Lord Jesus Christ and walking with her parents in heaven.
