Denise Ann Fagain, age 65, Asbury, passed away on Sunday, December 18, 2016 at her home.
Denise was born January 30, 1951 in Middleton, New York, daughter of the late Neil Fagain and Shirley Daughtery Fagain. She grew up in New York and graduated from Middleton High School. She also lived in Ft. Smith, Arkansas for several years where she worked for Trotter Electric Company as an accountant. She was of the Episcopal faith. She and Jim moved to Asbury nine years ago.
Survivors include her husband, James Tonk; children, Gilbert Piaquadio, Jr. of New Windsor, New York, and Adam Piaquadio of Joplin, Theda Tonk of Asbury, Melissa Johnson and Traci Simmons both of Joplin, and Robert Cochran of Kansas City, Missouri; seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
Memorial service will be Friday, December 23, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. in Parker Mortuary Chapel.
Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Parker Mortuary.
