Carter’s family visitation to greet friends will be held on Saturday, March 4, 2023 from 12:00 - 2:00pm at Mt. Hermon Church, 18035 E 420 Road Jay, Oklahoma. Followed by Carter’s Celebration of Life private Graveside Service at Southwest City Cemetery, Southwest City, Missouri.
