(From Ozark Funeral Home)James “Jim” Plaze Morse, Jr., 65 of Noel, Missouri passed away in Gravette, Arkansas on Thursday, February 22, 2023 of a sudden illness.
Jim was born on July 17, 1958 in Denver, Colorado to the late, James Plaze Morse, Sr. and Millie G. (Druckemiller) Morse. Jim proudly served our country in the United States Army. He enjoyed watching racing, football, baseball, especially the St. Louis Cardinals; was a big-time gamer and was always building computers.
He is survived by his children, Justin Lee Morse of Anderson, Missouri, Taina Dawn (Steve) Lawson of Carterville, Missouri; siblings, Jeannie (Don) Clapper of Monett, Missouri, Russell Morse of Noel, Missouri, Mary Lou Janes (Johnnie) of Decatur, Arkansas; his companion of 30 years, Stella Gandert and her children, Angela McManus, Billy Gandert, B.J. Gandert and Agnes Browning; 10 grandchildren and seven great grandchildren; along with a host of other family and friends who will dearly miss James.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
