Ambra Dawn Gulick Magee, age 36, Metairie, Louisiana, formerly of Joplin, was promoted to the presence of the Lord in Heaven where she will be receiving accolades and awards from the Lord for all eternity on Thursday, April 12, 2018 in Metairie, Louisiana. She was someone who deeply loved her Lord Jesus, and sacrificially loved people.
Ambra was born July 13, 1981 in Tulsa, Oklahoma, daughter of Ronald Wayne Gulick and Sue Ann Malcom Gulick of Joplin. She graduated from Joplin High School, and worked as an administrative assistant at her church, Celebration Church, in Metairie for the past 10 years.
Ambra is survived by her husband, Phillip Thomas Magee, and her children, Joshua Douglas Magee, Callin Lexie Magee, and Kiera Addison Magee all of Metairie; her parents, Ron and Sue Gulick of Joplin; grandparents, Jerry Malcom and the late Jim Earl Malcom, Claire Magee, Homer and June Gulick; sisters, Brandi Eichelberger and husband Brad of Joplin, Megan Fry of LaRanger, Louisiana; brother, Caleb Gulick and wife Holly of Carthage, Missouri; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Funeral services were held on Tuesday, April 17, 2018 at 12:00 Noon in Celebration Church, Metairie, Louisiana.
Graveside services will be Saturday, April 21, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. in Kenney Cemetery, Neosho, Missouri with family serving as pallbearers and her uncle Ray Malcom officiating.
Local funeral arrangements are under the direction of Parker Mortuary.
