Emma Arlene Shankles, 72, passed away April 10, 2018 in Joplin, Missouri. Emma was born February 26, 1946 in Miami Oklahoma to Clarence and Ruby Scott. Emma worked in home healthcare.
Emma was united in marriage to Bobbe Shankles July 2, 1987 in Lamar, MO; he preceded her in death August 5, 2005.
Emma is survived by one daughter, Robbin Kuse; wo sons, Steven Fortman and Larry Kuse Jr.; one brother. Rick Scott and multiple grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Emma is preceded in death by her parents; one sister, Betty Harris and one brother, James Scott.
Private memorial services will be held at the family’s residence Saturday, April 14, 2018.
