Stephen Curtis Newcomer, age 28, Webb City, passed away Sunday, April 15, 2018 at his home.
Stephen was born February 27, 1990 in Joplin to Stephen Lee Newcomer and Kim Spicer Newcomer.
He worked alongside his father as a carpet installer for several years. He was a member of the Sheep Shed, Neosho.
Survivors include his father, Stephen Newcomer and wife, Rhonda, Bolivar; his mother, Kim Huggins and husband, Mike, Webb City; two sons, William Jaxson Lee Hawley and Ace Eli Hendrix; a brother, Winston Newcomer, Webb City; and seven sisters, Amanda Chappell and husband, Brian, Webb City, Lora Newcomer, fiancé, Andrew Myers Galena, Brandi Elsie, Joplin, Stephanie Gargus and Lilly Newcomer, both of Bolivar, Courtney Huggins, Springfield, and Makala Huggins, Webb City.
Funeral services are planned for Friday at 2:00 p.m. at Parker Mortuary Chapel. Pastor Jock Evans will officiate. Burial will follow in Mt. Hope Cemetery. The family will receive friends Thursday from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Parker Mortuary.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Parker Mortuary.
