Carroll Eugene Kennedy, age 81, Joplin, passed away on Monday, April 16, 2018 at home.
He was born on October 16, 1936 in Sarcoxie, Missouri, the son of Clarence and Ruth Block Kennedy. Carroll graduated from Sarcoxie High School in 1954. After serving eight years in the U.S. Air Force, he began working for Eagle-Picher. He retired in 1997 after 33 years of service. Carroll has been a resident of Joplin since 1967.
Carroll was preceded in death by his parents and two infant sisters, Clarice and Judith Ann Kennedy.
He is survived by one sister, Shirley Kennedy of Joplin; several cousins; and many treasured friends.
According to Carroll’s wishes, no services are scheduled. His body will be cremated.
Arrangements are under the direction of Parker Mortuary.
