Judy L. Tanner, 77, Granby, MO passed away April 28, 2018 after a sudden illness.
Judy was born April 24, 1941 in Neosho, MO to Adrian Benton and Ruby Lee (Howard) Jackson and was a lifelong area resident. She was a homemaker and babysitter, before working for Wal-Mart in Neosho, from where she retired in 2007. Judy loved her family and loved quilting.
She married Lloyd L. Tanner on Dec. 19, 1957 in Miami, OK; he survives of the home. Also surviving are six children: Lloyd L. (Johnny) Tanner, III and wife, Debra, Barbie Tomlinson and husband, Jim, Freddie Tanner and wife, Becky, Debbie Palmer and husband, Glenn, Nancy Myers and husband, Rod, and Susanne Sargent and husband, Trent; two sisters: Linda Little, and Ruth Ann Dewitt; 20 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
Services will be held at 10 am, Thurs., May 3, 2018 at Clark Funeral Home, Granby, with Ashley Edgemon officiating. Interment will follow at Granby Memorial Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5 until 7 Wed. evening at Clark Funeral Home, Granby.
