(From Parker Mortuary)Susanne Karen Dainty, age 57, of Joplin, passed away on Monday, November 28, 2022, at her home.
Susanne, daughter of the late Cleo and Gertraud (Neitzel) Dainty, was born on February 3, 1965, at the Holloman Air Force Base in Otero County, New Mexico.
Being a daughter in a military family, Susanne relocated to several different cities before settling in Rolla, MO where she graduated High School. She then attended the University of Missouri, Columbia for nursing school. She moved to the Joplin area in 2012 to make her home. She was currently employed as a medical coder with Mercy Hospital in Joplin.
Susanne enjoyed bead work, crocheting, and reading books of Sherlock Holmes. She loved animals; dogs, cats, birds, always had a place in her heart.
Never having children of her own, Susanne was a devoted sister and aunt to her family. She was humorous and will be missed by all who knew her.
Survivors include her brothers, Steven K. Dainty, of Columbia, MO, Patrick James Dainty, and his wife, Patty, of Broken Arrow, OK, and Michael A. Dainty, and his wife, Janene, of Collinsville, OK; nephew, Chad Dainty, and his wife, Kaili, of Jenks, OK, and their children, Adyson and Logan Dainty; her beloved dog, Sanzo; and many other extended family members.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, December 9, 2022, at 3:00 PM at Parker Mortuary in Joplin with private burial at Osborne Cemetery at a later date.
Arrangements are under the personal care and direction of Parker Mortuary, Joplin.
