Deborah June Barnes, age 60 of Anderson, Missouri, went to her heavenly home on Friday, July 15, 2016 surrounded by her family.
Debbie was born April 19, 1956 in Joplin to the late George Rowden and Margie Wald. She worked as a hairdresser for many years. Debbie was known for her generosity, always lending a helping hand to anyone in need. She absolutely adored and cherished her grandkids.
On November 17, 1999, Debbie married Alexander Barnes in Cameron, Missouri and he survives of their home in Anderson.
Additional survivors include a son, Luke Bresee and his wife, Chasity of Anderson; grandchildren, Charleigh Geary, Lacey Bresee, Dakota Plumb, Kelsey Bresee and Brent Bresee; great-grandchildren, William Plumb, Alexis Angel and Chandy Plumb; sisters, Carrol O'Neil and Cathy Weldon, both of Texas and Georgia Jones of Lanagan, Missouri.
Other than her parents, Debbie is preceded in death by a daughter, Chandy Bresee and two sisters, Judy Reamy and Lillian Rowden.
Funeral services are planned for Tuesday, July 19 at 1:00 p.m. at Parker Mortuary, Joplin with Rev. Jeff D. Martin, officiating. Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery, Joplin.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Parker Mortuary, Joplin, Missouri.
