Wilma Jean Wetzel, 86, Hart, MO, passed into eternal rest June 29, 2016 at her home surrounded by her family.
Wilma Jean Chester was born August 8, 1929 in Seneca, MO. She was a member of the Hart Baptist Church and a former member of Tops. Wilma formerly was a school teacher.
Wilma Jean Chester married Hugh “Bud” Henry Wetzel June 17, 1951 in Bentonville, AR and he preceded her in death in 1991. She was also preceded in death by one daughter Debbie Wetzel.
Survivors include two sons, Randall Wetzel and wife Shelley, Seneca and Douglas Wetzel and Joanne, Goodman; one daughter, Mary Rogers and husband Doug, Goodman; 8 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 10am to 11am July 5, 2016 at the Hart Baptist Church with the funeral service following at 11am. Burial will be in the Swars Prairie Baptist Cemetery with Chris Rogers, Travis Wetzel, Chad Wetzel, Wade Wetzel, Bryan Miller, Wade Miller, Wesley Miller and William Haun serving as pallbearers.
