Jason Patrick Burrington, age 46, Joplin, passed away at 3:30 p.m. Saturday, July 9, 2016 at his home.
Jason was born June 9, 1970 in Joplin to John Burrington, Jr. and Mary Ann Hartje Burrington and was a lifetime Joplin resident.
He worked alongside his father at Burrington Glass in Webb City for many years and also at City Glass for several years. Jason played guitar and was a talented photographer.
Survivors include his father, John Burrington, Jr. and Vicki, Carthage; his mother, Mary Ann Hansen and her husband, Larry, Joplin; a sister, Monica Klingensmith and husband, Kevin, Joplin; a brother, David Burrington, Joplin; one step brother, Charles Kimmerer, Joplin; and his son, Brandon Burrington, Joplin.
A graveside committal is planned for Thursday at 11:00 a.m. at Ozark Memorial Park Cemetery. Rev. Jeff D. Martin will officiate.
Arrangements are under the direction of Parker Mortuary.
