Mrs. Shirley Hall, age 80, of Carl Junction, passed away on Saturday, July 2nd, 2016 at her daughter’s home in Kansas. She was born January 22, 1936 in Carl Junction to Elmer Forste and Daisy Reed. Mrs. Hall was a homemaker, and a school bus driver for twenty-nine years. Shirley enjoyed camping, fishing and cooking.
Survivors include her husband Forrest Hall of the home, daughters Karen Stewart of Pittsburg, KS and Pamela Daly of Carl Junction, sons Terry Hall of Ozark, MO and Gene Hall of Carl Junction, and brother Ted Forste, also from Carl Junction. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren.
A visitation will be held Tuesday, July 5th from 6-7pm at the Simpson Funeral Home of Carl Junction. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Pleasant View Methodist Church.
