Evelyn S. Stem age 85, of Webb City, Missouri passed away on Tuesday, July 26, 2016 at Webb City Health & Rehab.
She was born on September 15, 1930 in Skipperville, Alabama to Chalmers Spivey and Irene (Phillips) Spivey. She worked in the payroll department of Patrick Air Force Base until her retirement.
She is survived by her daughters, Pam O’Neil, Deborah Roberts and Sharon McIntyre, along with several other family members. Evelyn has been taken for cremation and no services are planned at this time.
Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Simpson Funeral Home in Webb City.
