Jackie Hubbell

Jacqueline “Jackie” Jean Hubbell of Miami, OK passed away Wednesday, July 13, 2016. She was 75.

Jackie was born November 14, 1940 in Salem, OR to Roy and Lorranine (Schneller) Burnham. She had lived in Miami since 1964 moving from Coffeyville, KS. She had worked for Home of Hope as a caregiver and owned and operated Tomorrow;s Treasures Today’s Joys ceramic and porcelain doll shop. She was a member of the Heartland Dog Club in Joplin, MO.

She was preceded in death by her husband Donald “Buddy” Hubbell in 1990 and her parents.
Survivors include: 2 sons Jeffery Allen Hubbell and Bruce DeWayne Hubbell of Miami, OK, her daughter Serita Turner and husband Jonathan of Miami, OK, 3 brothers Richard Burnham of Snohomish, WA, Russell Burnham of Kansas City, MO and James Burnham of Coffeyville, KS, 2 sisters Patricia Cary of Tacoma, WA and Janis Ferguson of Coffeyville, KS and 2 grandchildren Lyssa Turner and Morgan Turner.

Funeral Services will be Monday, July 25, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at the Paul Thomas Funeral Home Chapel in Miami, OK. Interment will be in Oak Hill Cemetery in Chetopa, KS. The family will receive friends from 3 to 5 p.m. Sunday July 24, 2016 at the funeral home. Services have been placed in care of the Paul Thomas Funeral Home and Cremation Service of Miami, OK.
