Mr. Clyde Jones, 79, formerly of Southwest City, Missouri peacefully departed this life Friday, November 25, 2016 at the Seneca House in Seneca, Missouri to go be with his heavenly Father.
Clyde entered this life on April 6, 1937 in Southwest City, Missouri to the late Raymond W. and Ester M. (Terrill) Jones. On November 15, 1957 he was united in marriage to Rosemary Wahleithner and to this union six children were born. Clyde enjoyed working on cars and fishing. He was known as a shade tree mechanic and would help anyone out with their car for no charge.
He was preceded in death by 2 sons, a daughter and 4 brothers.
Clyde is survived by his wife Rosemary of 59 years, three daughters; Sara Harmon and husband Darrell of Cushing, OK, Debra Forbes and husband Hayes Edward II, of Fairland, OK and Sandra Rackley of Neosho, a brother; Ivan Jones of Anderson, MO, two sisters: Mary Cochran of Anderson and Linda Grohler of Shell Knob, MO, 14 grandchildren, a multiple great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren as well as a host of other family and friends.
