Della Marie Sours Riddle, 86, Diamond, passed away on Monday, April 2, 2018 at her home with family by her side, following a lengthy battle with cancer.
Della was born January 14, 1932 at the family home in Diamond, the daughter of Ward and Lola (Gaither) Sours. She graduated from Diamond High School in 1950 and was a lifelong area resident. Della was a faithful member of the Diamond Christian Church. She loved her flowers, her garden, cooking and spending time with her family, grandchildren and precious great grandchildren.
Della and Wyley Glenn Riddle were married on June 29, 1951 in Diamond, Missouri. Della is survived by her husband of 66 years, Wyley; one daughter, Gina M. Andrews and husband, Craig of Broken Arrow, OK; two sons, Philip K. Riddle and wife, Mary Lee of Brussels, WI and Alex W. Riddle and wife, Lacy of Springfield; seven grandchildren, Cassidy Crilly and husband, Nate; Abbey Bombach and husband, Roger; Wade Andrews and wife, Sara; Weston Riddle and wife, Shannon; Kyle Andrews and wife, Kelsey; Aaron Riddle and wife, Baylee and Addyson Riddle; nine great grandchildren, Ava Badovski, Karsten Bombach, Case Bombach, Si Riddle, Kollins Bombach, Imogen Della Crilly, Ellie Riddle, Saige Andrews and Graeme Crilly. She is preceded in death by her parents, one brother, David Sours and one sister, Patty L. Giger.
Services will be Friday, April 6, 2018 at 1 pm at the Diamond First Christian Church, Pastor Kenneth Filsinger will officiate. Interment will follow in the Fullerton Cemetery and serving as pallbearers will be Wade Andrews, Kyle Andrews, Weston Riddle, Aaron Riddle, Sam Jack and Bob Judd. The family will receive friends Thursday evening from 5:30 to 7 pm at the Clark Funeral Home, Neosho.
