(From Mason-Woodard Mortuary)Billie D. Flynn, age 82 of Joplin, Missouri passed away Saturday, December 10,2022, at The Joplin Health & Rehabilitation Center.
She was born February 4th, 1940, in Joplin Missouri to parents, William Brittenham and Gladys Cash) Brittenham.
Billie married Bill Flynn on February 7th, 1958, in Silom Springs, Arkansas, where they owned and operated a dry-cleaning business until retiring. Bill preceded her in death July 24, 2013.
She previously resided in Kansas City for over 40 years until she moved to Joplin Mo 3 Years ago. She was a member at St. Mary Magdalene Church in Belton MO. Billie enjoyed crocheting and reading, but above all she enjoyed spending time with her family.
She is survived by her son, Scott Flynn and wife Cheryl, several nieces and nephews, 7 Grandchildren, and 9 Great Grandchildren who she loved very much.
Arrangements are under the direction of Mason-Woodard Mortuary & Crematory Joplin, Missouri.
