Craig Guinn

(From Ozark Funeral Home)

Services celebrating and remembering the life of Craig Lee Guinn will be at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, December 08, 2022 at Banner Church of the Nazarene in Anderson, MO. Private burial will take place at a later date at Union Cemetery. Craig passed away November 28th, 2022. He was 59.

Born in Neosho on May 14, 1963, Craig was one of six children gifted to Jack and Betty Guinn. He was raised and educated in McDonald County.

At a young age, Craig was married to Angela where they had two beautiful girls, Amber and Kyla. Later, through the union of Craig and Sherri, Craig’s only son, Seth, was born. He always spoke of how proud he was of all three children.

A machinist by trade, Craig had a gift of being able to fix or repair anything. Craig enjoyed working on cars, tinkering with about anything, laughing and just all around having a good time.

Craig loved his kids and grandkids and they loved him. In later life his grandchildren brought him countless hours of enjoyment and “Papa” easily became his favorite word.

Craig was giving, loving, and cared for all. He always made anyone around him smile and have laughter within seconds. Craig’s best quality was he would give anyone the shirt off his back if they needed it and he had it.

We will miss Craig every day.

Craig is survived by his children, Amber and Nick (Claremore), Kyla and David (Claremore), Seth (Pineville), bonus daughter Chelsea (Stillwell), sisters Brenda (Anderson), Kathy and Kenny (Pineville), and Tammy and Roger (Anderson). Grandchildren Kanyon, Kaysen, Avery, Kate, Brinley, Harper Jo, and Hayden.

Craig is preceded in death by parents Jack and Betty Guinn, brothers Donnie and Danny Guinn, brother-in-law Darrel Gordon, and nephew Jeremy Murphy.
