(From Bath-Naylor Funeral Home)Jasper Laine Fields 20, of Pittsburg, KS died December 6, 2023 in Frontenac, KS following an illness. Jasper was born May 15, 2003 in Pittsburg, KS the son of Thomas Harrell and Crystal Fields.
He was a lifelong resident of the area and was a graduate of Pittsburg High School. Jasper worked as a self-employed florist. In his free time he enjoyed fishing, working on cars and spending time with family and friends.
Survivors include his mother Crystal Rose and husband Terry of Arcadia, Grandmother Alice Fields of Pittsburg KS; “Dad” Dennis Rakestraw and Ann Edgett of Pittsburg, KS; siblings Vince Rakestraw and wife Kelsie of Arma, KS, Carl Rakestraw and Britany Bowling of Pittsburg, KS, Wesley Wilson of Pittsburg, KS and Skylar Rakestraw of Pittsburg, KS, Sabrina Rose, Josh Rose, Tyler Rose and Keaira Rose; Ashley-Bohn-Witt of Weir, KS, Justine and Tamara Sullivan, his Uncle Lawrence Wayne Fields the second of Pittsburg, Ks, a cousin Aaliyah Hatfield of Pittsburg Ks and numerous Uncles, Aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Jasper was preceded in death by his grandfather Lawrence Wayne (Wino) Fields and three very close friends(brothers) Drew, Lawrence, and William.
