Mary Elizabeth Rountree, 59, Neosho, Missouri, entered into rest on April 01, 2018 at Freeman Neosho Hospital in Neosho.
Mary was born Jan. 18, 1959 in Vicenza, Italy, the daughter of Edward and Mary Alice (Long) Fudge.
She was married to Glen Rountree and he preceded her in death. Mary was an LPN for many years. She was also a librarian for the Neosho Newton County Library. Mary was president of the Genealogy Friends of the Library. She will be remembered for her humanitarian spirit and her big heart.
She is survived by four children, Meagan Rountree, Patrick Rountree, Jennifer Rountree, and Samantha Rountree; one sister, Deidra Ogle; three brothers, Marty Hoyt, Doug Hoyt, and David Hoyt; numerous grandchildren.
Mary was one of the most enjoyable persons to visit with. Lots of times when I would go to the Library tor research, Mary and I would get to visiting and the research would be forgotten.
