Timothy Patrick Frisinger, age 60, of Exeter, Missouri, passed away Sunday, April 8, 2018 at his home.
He was born June 1, 1957 in Joplin, Missouri the son of Neal and Peggy (Gaurd) Frisinger. On May 16, 1990 in Miami, Oklahoma he was united in marriage to Patti Baptist, who survives. Also surviving are one daughter, Julie Nelson of Ozark, Missouri; one brother, Danny Frisinger and his wife Pam of Joplin, Missouri and five grandchildren.
Preceding him in death were his parents and one brother, Mike Frisinger.
Timothy grew up and received his education in Joplin, Missouri where he graduated from high school. He attended Missouri Southern State University. During the Vietnam War he served in the United States Air Force. From 1976 until 1996 he resided in the Cassville, Missouri area. For eighteen years he lived in Aurora, Missouri, moving to Exeter four years ago. The highlight of his life was studying Civil War history and he often volunteered as a tour guide for Pea Ridge National Military Park.
Memorial services with military honors will be held at 2:00 P.M. Saturday, April 14, 2018 at Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville, Missouri. Burial will be at a later date at Clio Cemetery in Jenkins, Missouri.
