Dorothy A. Patrick went to be with the Lord on July 25, 2014 at Freeman Hospital, where she was surrounded by her loving family.
Dorothy was born January 26, 1934 in Windyville, Mo to James M. Phillips and Grovena Wilson Phillips. She loved the Lord with all her heart ever since she was a young girl. Dorothy attended Three Point Full Gospel, Carthage, Mo. She married Gene Patrick on August 27, 1949 in Carthage, Mo. They were blessed with 11 children. Kathryn Conness (Richard), Gerald (Yogi) Patrick (Joyce), Randy Patrick (Junita), Darrell Patrick (Darlynda), Brenda Evans (Joe), Tim Patrick (Brenda), Kim Patrick, Tammie Millard (Ron), Gena Carter, Shawna Bayless (Tom), Nick Patrick (Jessie), Dorothy also felt she was a mom to Robert Hull (Heather).
Dorothy is also survived by 37 grandkids and 72 great-grandkids. She would faithfully pray for each one of her kids, grandkids, and great-grandkids by name every day. She was an amazing woman with amazing love for her family. She could tell you the full name of each one of her family members as well as their birthday. She is survived by one sister Edna Maggard. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents James and Grovena Phillips, two brothers Charles Phillips and James Phillps, and five sisters Beatryce Lingenfelter, Mary Williams, Mae Lingenfelter, Rose Evans, and Grace Pinkley.
Services will be 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 29, 2014 at Grace Pointe Assembly of God Church. Visitation will be held Monday, July 28, 2014 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Grace Pointe Assembly of God Church. Burial will be at Fasken Cemetery.
