Nadine Burnham, 96, died in her sleep on July 16, 2014 at The Maples Health and Rehab, Springfield, MO.
She was born July 14, 1918 in Fairview, MO, the daughter of James M. Grimes and Nettie Mabel (Wallace) Grimes. She moved to Neosho from San Diego in 1962 and then to Springfield, Missouri to be near her family several years ago. She had worked as a case worker for the Division of Family Services for the State of Missouri for many years. She is a member of the First Christian Church, Neosho and had been very active in the Silver Follies.
She is survived by three children and their spouses; Pam Wilson, Springfield, MO, Ken Burnham and wife Linda, St. Charles, MO, and Penni Doran and husband Mark, Springfield, MO; 7 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, many cousins and numerous friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, one grandson Brayden Jones, one brother Roland Grimes, and one sister Anna Ruth Maggio.
VISITATION WILL BE AT 2 PM UNTIL SERVICE TIME.
