(From Brenner Mortuary)Ellen Marie Kendall-Slate-Robinson, 85, of Mulberry, Kansas passed away Thursday, October 27th, 2022, at Ascension Via Christi Hospital, Pittsburg.
Marie was born April 24, 1937, in Mulberry to John William and Oneta Marie (Dungan) Kendall.
She is a 1955 graduate of Mulberry High School.
In October 1961 she married Cecil E. Slate until his death in 1982. In April 1983 she married John R. Robinson until his death in November 2011.
She was a Smooth & Burr operator and a set-up person at Beech Aircraft until her retirement in 1999.
She is survived by her daughters, Patricia Slate and Mary Dennis of Mulberry, Stacy (Jim) Howard of Slater, Missouri, Debra (David) Presley of Poplar Bluff, MO; step-daughters, Kathy (Terry) Wolf of Kiowa, KS, Sande (Jim) Stroud of Clearwater, KS, Donna (Cliff) Koher of Harper, KS; 16 grandchildren, 35 great-grandchildren, 6 great-great-grandchildren; sister, Jeannie (Carl) Eccher, of Liberal, MO; and sister-in-law, Pat Kendall of Ridgecrest, California.
She is proceeded in death by her husbands, son John Slate, parents, sister and brother-in-law Babe and J H Robinson, brother Sam Kendall and 2 nephews, Mike Kendall and Shawn Eccher.
A Private family service will be held at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of the Brenner Mortuary.
