(FromWorley-Luginbuel Funeral Home)Dr. Richard Lee Dayringer, 88, went to be with his Lord and Savior on October 13, 2022, at St. John Medical Center in Tulsa.
Richard was born on February 3, 1934, in Carthage, Missouri. He was the son of Sarah Marlin (Ruppet) and Joe Allen Dayringer.
He was united in marriage to his high school sweetheart Evelyn Janet Hymer on January 26, 1952. Richard was called into the ministry at the age of 17. He spent a lifetime pastoring several churches including churches in Kansas, Louisiana, Missouri, and Oklahoma. Together Richard and Evelyn raised five children.
Richard was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, a son Daniel Hymer Dayringer, and a brother James Allen Dayringer.

He is survived by his children; Stephen Lee Dayringer, David Carter Dayringer, Deborah Evelyn Egeres, James Ray Dayringer, his brother and sisters Edgar Dayringer, Judy Francisco, and Jane Parsons. Richard was blessed with eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
His funeral service is scheduled for 10:00 am, Tuesday, October 18, 2022, at Grove’s First United Methodist Church. Richard will be laid to rest in Park Cemetery in Carthage, Missouri, see website for time. Services under the direction of Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home, Grove, Oklahoma.
