Laura Stuhlman

Laura Marie Stuhlman, 60, of Carthage, Missouri, went to be with the Lord January 7, 2017 at Mercy Hospital. She was born April 19, 1956 in St Louis, Mo. the daughter of Wilbur F. Stuhlman and Doris Jean Olson.

Laura was a loving mother and grandmother. She loved spending time with family. She was a devoted member of the Word of Truth Fellowship, Joplin, Mo. and had a passion for reading and listening to the Word of God. She found great joy in gardening and crocheting gifts for her family.

She is lovingly remembered by her daughter Lisa Gary and husband Gabe, son Eric Stuhlman and wife Maria Castillo, brothers Wilbur K, Rick Olson, and Joseph Stuhlman, sister Susan Stuhlman, grandchildren Gabrielle, Alyssa, Tanner Gary, Sydney Acuff, Brittany Conroy, Brandie Stuhlman, and great grandchildren Paislee and Conner Jones.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to the ICU team at Mercy Hospital for the loving care they showed to Laura and our family. Their dedication and kindness was a blessing our family will never forget. We would also like to thank the Word of Truth Fellowship for their prayers and encouragement during this difficult time.

A visitation will be held Monday, January 9th, from 5:30 to 6:30pm, at the Simpson Funeral Home of Webb City.
