Clona Bertalotto

Clona D. Bertalotto, age 87, of Rocky Comfort, Missouri, passed away Monday, January 27, 2020 at Lacoba Homes in Monett, Missouri.

She was born September 13, 1932 in McNatt, Missouri, the daughter of Ottie L. and Wanda A. (Ball) Brazeal. On June 2, 1947 she was united in marriage to Hugh McClellan, who passed away in 1982.

In June, 1993 she married James Bertalotto, who also preceded her in death. 

Others preceding her in death were her parents; one son, Richard; three brothers, Edward, Earl and Wilford Brazeal and two sisters, Nellie Brown and Georgia Mahurin.








Surviving are one daughter, Connie Christen and her husband Craig of Monett, Missouri; four grandchildren, Bradley McClellan, Chip McClellan and his wife Jennifer, Kenneth Christen and Keith Christen and three great grandchildren, Chanceton, Hailey and London McClellan.

Clona grew up and received her education in McDonald County, where she attended Puckett School. For many years she worked for La-Z-Boy in Neosho and had also worked at Cardwell Memorial Hospital in Stella. Some of her favorite pastimes were crocheting, baking pies and going to church. She was a member of Bethlehem Freewill Baptist Church.

Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, January 31, 2020 at Bethlehem Freewill Baptist Church in Bethlehem, under direction of Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville. Pastor Hap Anders will conduct the services. Burial will be at Union Cemetery, south of Stella.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. Thursday at Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville.
